Testimonials

Words from our pack

"The staff here actually knows animals. They helped me pick the right food for my senior dog's sensitive stomach — something the big box stores never bothered with."

Sarah M.

London, KY

"I drive past three chain stores just to come here. The selection is incredible, the prices are fair, and nobody makes you feel rushed when you're trying to decide."

Marcus T.

London, KY

"Adopted a rescue cat last year and had no idea where to start. They walked me through everything — litter, food, carriers, the works. Now I'm a regular."
